Skilled Nursing Home
Founded on a philosophy that all elders deserve our respect, admiration, and care, the Leavitt Family Jewish Home on the Harry and Jeanette Weinberg campus of JGS Lifecare in Longmeadow, is proud to be the area’s most trusted, not-for-profit nursing home of more than 100 years.
Our 200-bed skilled nursing home, including 112 private rooms, offers a wide range of services and programs. Care for residents is managed and delivered by a trained team of professionals, including an on-site attending physician and nurse practitioner. Our services include palliative care, music therapy, and long-term care for people with a wide range of lifecare needs. We strive every day to deliver the best care to the people who matter most to you.
In addition to 24/7 long-term skilled nursing care, we also offer full-service short-stay rehabilitation therapies, including occupational therapy, physical therapy, and speech language therapy. These therapies, like all of our services, are provided by a multi-disciplinary team. Our therapists work hand-in-hand with physicians, nurses, social workers, and dieticians to provide all of our residents an individualized and comprehensive plan of care.
